Terms and Conditions

1. License and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Pixerfect Solutions LLP and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material, code, design, and software in Voxpense. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the app for your personal, non-commercial financial management purposes.

2. User Accounts and Eligibility

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account and use the Service.
• Account Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the application.

3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Voxpense may offer optional premium features, such as unlimited AI receipt scans and an ad-free experience, through subscription plans (e.g., Monthly or Yearly Pro plans):

• Billing: All in-app purchases and subscriptions are processed securely through Google Play In-App Billing or Apple App Store In-App Purchase. Voxpense does not collect or store your payment card details.
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through your app store settings. On Android: Open Google Play Store → Profile Icon → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions → Select Voxpense → Cancel Subscription. On iOS: Open Settings → Tap your Name/Apple ID → Subscriptions → Select Voxpense → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation will take effect at the conclusion of your current paid billing cycle.
• Refunds: All refund requests are governed by Google Play's and Apple's standard refund policies. Voxpense does not directly issue refunds for transactions completed through the app stores.

4. Referral Program and Free Promotional Rewards

Voxpense may offer a "Refer & Earn" program where users receive reward days (such as temporary ad-free access) by inviting new users who install the app and create an account.

• No Monetary Value: Referral rewards, bonus days, and promotional perks have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for fiat currency, and cannot be transferred to other accounts.
• Abuse and Fraud: Any abuse of the referral program — including but not limited to self-referrals, automated bots, emulator scripts, or mass spamming — is strictly prohibited. Voxpense reserves the right to invalidate suspicious referral rewards and permanently suspend offending accounts.

5. Financial Data, AI Processing, and Localization Disclaimer

• User Responsibility: The application provides automated tools for personal expense logging, budgeting, receipt scanning (OCR), and voice transaction recording. While our AI algorithms strive for high accuracy, you are solely responsible for verifying and reviewing all recorded amounts, categories, and dates.
• No Professional Financial Advice: Voxpense is designed solely as an informational personal finance tracking tool. Nothing in the app constitutes professional financial, tax, investment, or legal advice. Always consult a certified financial planner or tax professional for advice tailored to your personal financial situation.
• Regional & Currency Localization: Voxpense may offer optional location-based currency and regional formatting detection. Enabling location permission is entirely optional. You may decline location access and manually select your preferred currency and region at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the application.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the app or its backend servers.
• Attempt unauthorized access to the app, user accounts, or server systems.
• Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose under applicable local, national, or international laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pixerfect Solutions LLP and its directors, employees, partners, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, savings, or goodwill, arising out of:

• Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the application.
• Any error, inaccuracy, or omission in financial calculations or AI parsing results.
• Unauthorized access, alteration, or loss of your stored data.
• Any third-party service interruptions or outages.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or update these Terms at any time. If revisions are material, we will provide reasonable notice via the app or by updating the "Last updated" date on this page. By continuing to access or use Voxpense after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India.
